Terms and Conditions

We ask that you wait outside until your appointment time and follow check-in instructions when you arrive. Please be on time for your service so we can make sure you are fully accommodated and we can stay on time for our other clients. 


Due to high demand of our services and the critical loss of income to our estheticians, we ask you to please  make any changes or cancellations to your service more than 24 hours in advance of your appointment start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment time will be charged 50% of your service cost. Same day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of your service cost.
